flowers. This is entitled,
"Pruning Day". So the cycles
continue.
When Jim and I were first
dating, we would drive into the
city, and under the underpass
coming into the city, there
would be a man selling roses,
with a hand-drawn cardboard
sign which said, "Roses". One
night Jim said to me out of the
blue, "Day in, day out, the
roses." I never forgot this
moment. I never will.
